Raisa moved to Kirkland Lake in 2022 to advance her career in the Human Resources and Administration sector. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources and International Business. She started her career here in a healthcare organization where she worked briefly. Raisa then joined the St. Cyr team in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. In her role, Raisa provides administrative support to all the advisors, managers, and collaborates with the whole team to provide excellent customer support and overall client satisfaction.

Beyond her career, Raisa's simplicity is evident. She used to be a school teacher before moving to Northern Ontario. Her roots are from Bangladesh where her parents still reside. She has immense love for her parents and her family. In her spare time, Raisa loves to watch movies, listen to music and explore new places with her husband and friends.
