South Temiskaming Active Travel Organization is a community-wide project who's mission statement is to Develop, Manage, Preserve and Promote a system of integrated Active Travels in South Temiskaming for non-motorized public used. Jeff and Linda St. Cyr are the founders and leaders of this 3.3 million dollar project and 19.7km interconnected trail system spanning from one end of the city to the other.
At St. Cyr and Associates, we are strong advocates for sports and staying active. We believe that each child should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports, or music. That is why we continually support the Healthy Kids Community Project and several sports teams in the area - baseball, hockey, soccer, swimming, basketball, golf, and curling.
Ride Don't Hide is a community bike ride in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association. The Ride raises funds and awareness for mental health in our community. St. Cyr and Associates lives the Ride Don't Hide vision of "Mentally healthy people in a healthy society" with their continued support of the ride in Kirkland Lake.
Richelieu Grapes and Hops Festival is a community event where guests sample fine wines, a unique selection of beers and food from some of the local finest restaurants—while helping to raise money for a good cause. St. Cyr and Associates is a corporate sponsor for this event.
